The new facility will house a company specializing in the hydrothermal and sanitary sectors and will be designed to prioritize efficiency, practicality, and comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The building will consist of three levels. The ground floor will feature a spacious warehouse dedicated to material storage, while the upper floors will accommodate office spaces, meeting rooms, a retail area, a showroom, and a trade counter for direct sales. To improve accessibility, a staircase and a lift will connect all levels, ensuring easy movement throughout the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From an architectural standpoint, the structure will be built with prefabricated elements and finished with materials typical of industrial buildings. The main facade, which will house the offices, meeting&nbsp;rooms, and retail area, will be characterized by large glass surfaces, allowing for ample natural light inside and giving the building a modern, elegant appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special attention will be given to energy efficiency and environmental comfort. The building envelope will be insulated in compliance with current regulations, and the heating and cooling systems will provide an optimal indoor climate for spaces frequently occupied by staff.
