CASA DEL FIORE
The redevelopment project involves a two-story commercial building, consisting of a ground floor and a semi-basement. The transformation has completely renewed the structure, replacing the dark, opaque cladding with large glass panels to enhance both aesthetics and natural light, creating a lighter and more inviting atmosphere.
The heating, cooling, and electrical systems have been fully upgraded to optimize energy efficiency and overall performance. To ensure seamless integration with the surrounding urban landscape, the redesign incorporates neutral colors and materials, achieving a balanced and harmonious visual effect.
The perimeter band that crowns the building has been extended along the southern and western facades, giving it a more cohesive and symmetrical look. Finished with a wood-effect cladding, it introduces a modern and natural element to the design. Additionally, new heating and cooling systems have been installed on the roof, further boosting energy efficiency and sustainability.
This redevelopment not only redefines the building’s aesthetics and functionality but also establishes it as a modern, sustainable commercial space, perfectly integrated into its urban environment.
