The project involves the construction of a real estate complex consisting of two buildings of different sizes and orientations.

The lower block includes a basement level, a ground floor, and a first floor designated for office and residential parking, while the second floor is exclusively reserved for tertiary functions. The second floor is exclusively for commercial use. The building is characterized by spacious terraces that wrap around the structure and a flat roof equipped with photovoltaic panels.

The project aims to enhance the urban context by creating a distinctive and high-quality development.

At ground level, a green area serves as a link between the private space of the building and the surrounding urban environment, offering scenic architectural views and a valuable green retreat within the city.

Warm, earthy tones, ranging from cream to dark brown, have been chosen for the finishes, ensuring harmony with the surrounding landscape.
