MILL – MANUFACTORING, INNOVATION, LEARNIG, LOGISTIC 

MILL, Manufacturing, Innovation, Learning, Logistics project is designed to create an innovative entrepreneurial hub that fosters collaboration between businesses and supports the development of new hospitality and service infrastructures. Located on a vast, abandoned industrial site along the banks of the Olona River, the project aims to redevelop and revitalize the area, transforming it into a center for innovation and sustainability.

The building will be designed with a strong environmental focus, utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar thermal and photovoltaic systems. Every aspect of the interior spaces will be thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort, using natural, non-toxic materials for flooring, walls, and furnishings. Integrated indoor green spaces will enhance well-being and productivity, fostering a stimulating and healthy environment.

The construction approach will prioritize sustainability by using locally sourced and recycled materials to minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact throughout the building process.
