04 Mar NAI/24: New Urban Ecosystems – reFRAME Digital
On October 24, 2024, Ni-Ma.it took part in the 4th edition of NAI/24, a key event for innovation in the architectural sector, held at Milan City Life. The initiative, promoted by reFRAME Digital, brought together experts, companies, and designers around a central theme: “Integrating urban spaces at the heart of design.”
The event focused on various key topics, including Urban Landscape & New Eco-System, Urban Greening & Green Design, Urban Art & Urban Green, Urban Mobility & Green Generation, Retail & Green Space Attraction, and Hospitality Architecture & Green Mood.
In this context, Ni-Ma.it contributed with a cutting-edge presentation on the role of new technologies in design and construction, with a strong focus on sustainability and digitalization. During our speech, we had the opportunity to introduce the first building with a digital passport, a pioneering project that integrates sustainability, traceability, and innovation. This represents a significant step forward towards a smarter and more responsible architectural future.
The event also provided a valuable opportunity for discussion with industry experts and distinguished figures such as Elena Maria Grandi, Councilor for Environment and Green Spaces of the Municipality of Milan; Ingrid Maria Paoletti, Full Professor at Politecnico di Milano; Edoardo Di Mauro, Director of the MAU Museum in Turin; Simone Micheli, Architect and Designer; and Federico Ramponi, Researcher in Generative Creativity.
Participating in NAI/24 was an important occasion to share our vision of the future of architecture, placing at the center of the debate the challenges of ecological transition, technology, and urban regeneration.
